We can put these personal trainers in touch with you. The benefit is that your Chiropractor and your Personal Trainer will be able to work closely together to formulate and customize a fitness regime according to each patient’s specific needs, be it rehabilitation exercises, strengthening of core muscles, etc. Before starting your fitness regime, your chiropractor will advise your personal trainer on the specific areas of concern as found in your report of findings. This will be closely monitored and communicated between your chiropractor and personal trainer during your entire course of care.
